Practical school IT training sessions

Work through one recognisable school-day problem and leave with a method your team can use.

45-minute remote sessionWritten outcomeQuote on request

Who it is for

New technicians, school support staff and small IT teams.

The first enquiry establishes whether this is the right format for your task. Any additional work needs its own agreed scope.

What the review or session includes

  • Choose one topic: fault triage, useful incident records, classroom display checks or a technician’s first month.
  • A fictional worked case with time to explain decisions and ask questions.
  • An example record or checklist that can be adapted to your school’s own process.
  • A short follow-up action list with the next practice task.

What you receive

A focused session, its worked scenario and a concise action sheet for your agreed topic.

The delivery date and any follow-up are agreed before the booking is confirmed.

How to prepare

Tell us who will attend, their experience and one task they need to do more confidently. The group size, topic, access needs and session date are agreed before booking.

Please use the first message for a summary only. Keep passwords, recovery keys, pupil records and other confidential material out of the form.

The scope

Sessions use fictional examples and agreed demonstrations. They are practical workshops and do not award an accredited qualification or replace your organisation’s required training.

How booking works

  1. Send a short description of the task and the outcome you need.
  2. Agree the fit, scope, fee, date and any access arrangements in writing.
  3. Confirm the booking, then prepare the agreed evidence or scenario.
  4. Attend the session and use the written next steps.
