WINDOWS EVIDENCE — READ-ONLY CHECKS
[ ] ipconfig /all: active adapter, address, DHCP, gateway and DNS recorded.
[ ] ping <default-gateway>: result compared with working device.
    A timeout alone does not prove failure; ICMP may be blocked.
[ ] nslookup <school-service-hostname>: resolver and exact result recorded.
    Use a hostname without https:// or a page path.
[ ] Original approved service task retested; exact error and time recorded.
